A Typical day at the Centre is normally as follows (subject to change)

• 6.30 am - Wake up call
• 7.30 am to 9.00 am - Pranayama, Yogasanas, Meditation
• 9.00 am to 10.00 am - Breakfast
• 10.00 am - Consultation Schedule is displayed on the Notice Board
• 10.30 am to 1.00 pm - Ayurvedic treatment and therapies for 2 and half hours as prescribed by the physician
• 1.30 pm to 2.30 pm - Lunch
• 2.30 pm to 6.30 pm - Rest and Leisure time
• 6.30 pm - Dinner

OR

• 6.30 am - Wake up call
• 7.30 am to 9.00 am - Yoga
• 9.00 am to 10.00 am - Breakfast
• 10.00 am - Consultation Schedule is displayed on the Notice Board
• 1.30 pm to 2.30 pm - Lunch
• 5.30 pm to 8.00 pm - Ayurvedic treatment and therapies for 2 and half hours as prescribed by the physician
• 8.00 pm to 9.00 pm - Dinner

Please note: The itineraries of the day also commence at different time depending on the convenience of the client and the availability of the Ayurvedic Physician and the Therapist

General Information

• The destination airport in Goa is Dabolim International Airport.
• The driving distance from the airport to the centre is approx 40 min.
• The driver will be at the airport on the specified date and time (day/ night) for the pick up.
• The driver will hold the flag card of ANHC and displaying the name of the guest.
• At the International airport in Delhi or Bombay there are Airport cabs to drive you from the International Airport to the Domestic Airport. Avail the facility inspite of hiring a cab from outside.
