A Typical day at the Centre is normally as follows (subject to

6.00 am : Alarm
6.30 am to 7.30 am - Yoga, Pranayama and Dhyana.
7.30 am to 8.00 am - light breakfast - fresh fruit and juice.
8.00 am to 10.30 am - 2 & 1/2 hrs external therapies.
10.30 am to 11.30 am - main breakfast.
Consultation - check on notice board.
12.00 noon to 1.30 pm - yoga optional if free time available.
1.30 pm to 2.30 pm - Lunch.
3.00 pm to 6.30 pm - rest, relax, leisure, group sightseeing or individual beach drop.
6.30 pm to 7.30 pm - dinner
8.00 pm - retire to bed.

Centre Calangute Accomodation Description: This place is located
1.5 kilometres away from the Calangute beach and 0.5 kilometres
from Calangute market and shopping area. It is a walk-able distance
to the beach and the shopping area. The property is 160 metres away
from the motorable access road. A comfortable pathway leads to the
property. This location is absolutely free from the traffic noise

Attached western toilet, bath, hot water shower, fan.
Mosquito net for bed & netlon for windows.
Please
note:
The itineraries of the day also commence at 10.00 am and 1.00
pm depending on the convenience of the client and the availability
of the Ayurvedic Physician and the Therapist.
If conditions compel than the itinararies of the Ayurveda Package
will be conducted at the Main Centre Saligao, in which case the
transport to & fro Saligao Center to Calanute Centre will be organised
by ANHC.
In the same circumstances clients will stay and avail dinner
at the Calangute Centre and rest at Saligao Centre.
The rooms at the Calangute centre are simple and basic with
attached western toilet, bathroom.
General
Information
The destination airport in Goa is Dabolim International Airport.
The driving distance from the airport to the centre is approx
40 min.
The driver will be at the airport on the specified date and
time (day/ night) for the pick up.
The driver will hold the flag card of ANHC and displaying the
name of the guest.
At the International airport in Delhi or Bombay there are Airport
cabs to drive you from the International Airport to the Domestic
Airport. Avail the facility inspite of hiring a cab from outside.

Discrepancy in Electricity, Water, Internet is beyond the control
of ANHC.
