• Ayurvedic Centre Calangute is 1.2 Kms from the Calangute Beach and approx 2 to 3 Kms from the other beaches of North Goa Viz, Calangute, Baga, Candolim, Singuerim, Vagator, Anjuna etc.
• Ayurvedic Centre Saligao is 3 Kms away from the beaches of North Goa and 5 to 6 Kms from Morjeim, Ashwem etc.
• Both the centres have Simple rooms with facility os aatched toilet, bath and shower. The rooms at the Beach Resort are air-conditioning.
• For Patients, Clients at Ayurvedic centre Saligao and Calangute, the itenaries of Ayurveda Package and conducted at the respective centre whereas for beach resort option, the clients are picked up and dropped back to and fro the Saligao Centre
• ANHC also offers an option for clients to stay at hotel / resort / guest house or elsewhere on their choice in North Goa and avail the Ayurveda Package itenaries at the Ayurvedic Centre Saligoa
• ANHC deals with Ashtanga and Hatya Yoga
• The Regular sessions for clients availing Ayurveda is designed to suit all of different age group and sickness
• The Yoga is suitable for beginners too and also for people to drop in for the Yoga session
