This Ayur Centre is a well equipped rejuvenation centre as well as therapeutic centre providing consultation and treatment from qualified doctors and well experienced therapists who are constantly making an effort in providing relief for individuals from the world over

Individuals have to be treated both externally by Ayurvedic therapy and internally by medicinal consumption for best results and a near complete recovery from their present ailing condition.

This Centre houses one of Goa's largest herbal garden displaying over 200 varieties of medicinal plants & herbs used in the traditional process of Ayurvedic medicine manufacturing. These great wonders of the universe, have made a little home at the Ayurvedic Centre in Goa.

This Tariff Includes:

• Transport to and fro the Airport (Dabolim, Goa)
• Accommodation for the entire treatment period
• Yogaasanas, pranayama & Meditation every morning
• Vegetarian Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner (non-vegetarian if not suggested by the physician /specific diet suggested by the physician as per the ailment)
• Daily visit of the physician (please furnish previous medical and pathological reports on arrival)
• Ayurvedic treatment and therapies for 2 and half hours everyday as prescribed by the physician as per the ailment
• Medication during the stay period

• Panchakarma advised by the physician
• Cab service for drop to the beaches in north goa

A Typical day at the Centre is normally as follows (subject to change and availability)

• 6.00 am : Alarm
  6.30 am to 7.30 am - Yoga, Pranayama and Dhyana.
  7.30 am to 8.00 am - light breakfast - fresh fruit and juice.
  8.00 am to 10.30 am - 2 & 1/2 hrs external therapies.
  10.30 am to 11.30 am - main breakfast.
  Consultation - check on notice board.
  12.00 noon to 1.30 pm - yoga optional if free time available.
  1.30 pm to 2.30 pm - Lunch.
  3.00 pm to 6.30 pm - rest, relax, leisure, group sightseeing or individual beach drop.
  6.30 pm to 7.30 pm - dinner
  8.00 pm - retire to bed.

• Attached western toilet, bath, hot water shower, fan.
• Mosquito net for bed & netlon for windows.
• Approx 2 kms from the beaches of North Goa.
• The busy Chogm Road runs at close proximity of the centre.
  

General Information

• The destination airport in Goa is Dabolim International Airport.
• The driving distance from the airport to the centre is approx 40 min.
• The driver will be at the airport on the specified date and time (day/ night) for the pick up.
• The driver will hold the flag card of ANHC and displaying the name of the guest.
• At the International airport in Delhi or Bombay there are Airport cabs to drive you from the International Airport to the Domestic Airport. Avail the facility inspite of hiring a cab from outside.
