Cancellation Norms
- Cancellation prior to 1 month & earlier than this period, 10% Cancellation charges from the advance payment recieved.
- Cancellation prior to 2 weeks , 30% cancellation charges on the tariff of the reservation duration.
- Cancellation prior to 1 week, 40% cancellation charges on the tariff of the reserved duration.
- Cancellation prior to 3 days, 45% cancellation charges on the tariff of the reserved duration.
- Cancellation prior to 1 day, 50% cancellation charges on the tariff of the reserved duration.
- Cancellation after commencement of package within the first 4 days, 50% cancellation charges on the balance no of days of the reserved duration.
- Cancellation for package reserved for more than 2 weeks no refund for the later period.
- Cancellation on arrival due to ill health, 20% cancellation charges on the balance no of days for a period of 2 weeks. The period is not subject for cancellatiion.
- Cancellation on arrival, other than ill - health 50% cancellation charges applicable.
- Cancelling 2 single rooms to 1 double room prior 1 week of arrival or after arrival, cancellation charges @ Rs. 700.00 per day applicable for the reserved period.
- In case of non-avail of itenares of the ayurveda package during the booked period, no refund and no reduction in tariff. Except in case of ill - health management will duly consider the case.
- Regarding course, non attendance for course, the fees paid may be offset against alternative course.
- Altering accommodation from higher to lower standard tariff applicable as of the higher standard.
- Discount offer for specific clients is a subject matter under the whole discretion of ANHC and no client can question it.
- Reduucing the duration of stay, 50% cancellation charge on the no of days of cancellation
- Terms & Condition
Booking / enrollment confirmed on the receipt of deposit. the final balance payment be paid in the 1st week.
