I had an enjoyable 10 days learning Ayurvedic massage.
I had 3 treatments, 2 were very good, facial was not. A suggestion
for students who do courses to present them with an apron embroidered
with ANHC and a bottle of massage oil to go home and practice. This
can be given at the same time as the certificate as a token of appreciation
from you, knowing when they wear the apron to do massage it will publicity
for you and bring you more enquired and clients. |

To everyone at ANHC,
As a student of the Ashtanga yoga course the 5 weeks that I have spent here has been a really amazing experience. Each and every member of your staff have been truly incredible. Their warm and friendly dispositon together with the service added a special touch to my stay here.
My yoga teacher, Deepak has been a great inspiration to me and I already miss his gentle soul and his
hypnotizing tone of voice.
Thanks to Dr. Rohit and Dr. Gaunekar who dedicated a lot of time during the theory sessions. They have been immensely beneficial together with the physical sessions and we really pushed our boundaries a few times. Their patience is greatly appreciated. I think that Dr. Rohit will one day be a great yoga teacher if that is the path he chooses.
After all the strenuous yoga asanas my sore and stiff muscles really benefited from the therapies that I have had.
Goa is just such a magnificent part in India that you just cannot help falling in love with it.
Thanks to the kitchen staff for the great ayurvedic food experience that I enjoyed. The soups were definitely my favourite together with the desert. I am sure that I will miss it all.
Thanks to Dr. Sunita and Bruno for a really loving centre and I will definitely be back to see the end result of the development currently underway.
This has been a really memorable experience and I leave with mixed emotions. I was really fortunate to have met a whole bunch of amazing people with whom I will be in touch.
I had the most amazing three months in India and even though I am back in South Africa a week, I still feel really down to the place. My stay at ANHC was a great learning experience through the contribution of my teachers Deepak, Dr. Rohit and Dr. Shweta and your really efficient and friendly staff including the kitchen staff for the great meals and especially Francis for the simply divine soups that we enjoyed. Please convey my sincere thanks and gratitude to everyone. |

The 9 weeks ayurvedic therapist course helped to broaden my perspective on health as a whole and will stay with me for the rest of my life. I will also look to share it with others. The cause was well structured and well taught. Both Dr. Sweta and Vinesh were excellent teachers. God was good to me. Thank you so much.
I hope you are well. I returned to Canada from your centre on September 4th after taking the ayurvedic therapist course. One month after my return I resigned from my office job. I now work in a holistic health centre as a naturapath and ayurvedic therapist. This health centre did a promotion for ayurvedic services and the response has been very positive. Many clients are coming and I have been doing a lot of abhyanga and shirodhara. |

Thank you to all the staff at ANHC particularly Vinesh who was a fantastic massage tutor. I learnt a huge amount in a short space of time as Vinesh is open, professional and very patient. I would highly recommend him as a massage therapist as well as a teacher. The restaurant food was lovely.

The 15 weeks class was absolutely fantastic. My teacher Dr. Shweta was exceptional, taking me through the entire 4 months with clarity and good humour, professionalism and I could not have done it without her. Bindiya was incredible too and I will miss them both while trying to perform my first shirodhara. Dr. Rohit is an amazing man and good doctor. He has taught me the value of yoga and inspired me to continue.
All in all I have had a wonderful stay and a fantastic experience. I could recommend the professional ayurvedic course to everyone in the future.
Thank you to Dr. Sunita, Bruno, Dr. Shweta, Dr. Rohit and everyone at the centre.

A huge thank you to you all - I have had a fantastic time and met some inspirational people. I haven't laughed as much as over meal times here for a very long time - and Dr. Rohit is right - laughter is the best medicine.
When I arrived I handed my body over to my therapist and over three and half weeks we developed a very special bond. The way that one day drifts into the next is very calming and is rare in
today's hectic world. The approach to lifestyle change is subtle but very effective - I know that my
lifestyle at home will change for the better as a result of my stay. I think you have developed some great trips and its especially good that we can go on them or not without feeling pressurised one way or the other.
I am lucky that I had the time to stay for the 2 weeks massage course during which I learnt a lot - abhyanga requires a good memory and I hope to introduce others to the beneficial effects of Ayurveda. Thanks to the management for being so open and receptive to my comments and observations. Hope to see you all again soon. I will miss you.

I was here for 3 weeks for ayurvedic course and I found a very friendly atmosphere with all the staff. I think Indian girls are really special and sweet and lovely. Also my Dr. Sita, she was very nice and clever in her jobs. She is so young but already so prepared in medicine and problem disease. Also she is wonderful to cure and to
focus the best thing for me. Dr. Sita is very pleasant person. I will miss her and all the staff as well. Mr. Rana also is very good man and fine cook.

Today in my last day of 3 weeks at Casa Domani,
having completed the 3 week professional Ayurvedic course. My
experience here has been excellent, Dr. Sita as our professor was
brilliant, without her genuine expertise and grace I may not have
finished the course. It was not easy for me to remain in class 6
days a week in this paradise. I had my treatments in Kerala at
Somatheeram so was only at ANHC for School. My one treatment here
was twice as expensive as in Kerala both at Fort Cochin and
Trivandrum. Sir Anthony also was a savior and a saint. He treated us
gently and with love from 6 am until 10.30 pm. Please keep him
happy, he will be difficult to replace.

I had the pleasure to complete the 1 full week
of treatments here at Casa Domani.
I really enjoyed the “family” atmosphere and the relaxed
environment.
The therapists and the doctors here Dr. Rohit and Dr. Sita
as well as the cook and Anthony are all very good at heart as well as
professionals in their jobs, I felt well taken care of and enjoyed all the
treatments as well as yoga even including the headache of taking ghee… I would
recommend this place and suggest to provide some more explanations here and
those e.g. course of the day or about some of the components of ayurveda itself.
We have been very lucky to have Varsha here who could always explain to us what
was going on.
Hope to see you all again in the future.
