Health is wealth - as the proverb rightly says, but how to be at the peak of ones health is another question. We hear a lot about the ways in which we can improve our health but are we confident about it, have we experienced it, do we feel secure with it. Now all this is possible only in practicality and this practical knowledge is what Ayurvedic Natural Health Centre provides, by organising seminars at International Centre, Dona Paula, Goa. A centre which has an infrastructure to support in organising seminars keeping in mind International standards.

Ayurveda - the science of life, has treated humans from the Vedic times and how this ancient treatment of Ayurveda can provide relief to various ailments without any side effects is something everyone should know. A lot of Biological and physiological complications have been treated by Ayurveda and the result is the best Ayurveda as a science has provided.

The seminar will stretch for a period of 14 days. Where theoretical and practical knowledge about different herbs, medicinal values of different species of plants, and the human anatomy as a whole will be explained as per the principles of Ayurveda. 

There will also be a session on how to balance the biological humors in the human body by bringing the human body in harmony with nature. All this is made more interesting by educational sessions from highly qualified Ayurvedic Vaidyas and well experienced faculties. Yoga classes will be optional.
