- Shadrasa
- An approach to ashtang yoga.
- Postural benefits
- Advanced postures viz. Mayurasana, Hanumanasana
- Yam
- Niyam
- Suryanamaskar
- Suryanamaskar with chanting
- Chandranamaskar
- Chandranamaskar with chanting
- Shatkarma -6
- Dhouti -4
- Neti -11 types viz. Jalaneti, sutraneti, ghritaneti, dugdhaneti
