Course Highlight

  4. Theory syllabus extracted from the classical scripts of Patanjali Yoga Sutra and other Vedic Scriputers in line with the Scientific Advancement of Yoga, taught in simple English and in a way that a student can begin to learn without having any background of Yoga

Eligibility for the Course

  1. To be able to read, write and understand English.
  2. Background and pre education in Yoga is not a must.

Gains at the end of the course

  1. Certificate is awarded after the successful completion of the course.
  2. The learner will emerge from this program with an understanding of the scope of their knowledge and skills, and a commitment to taking continued responsibility for self-development as a Yoga Practioner.
  3. ANHC envisage this certification to be a platform for further education and practice, which would eventually lead to be a 300 hr, 500 hr, 600 hr, 700 hr, 800 hr TTC.

  4. All meals are vegetarian.
