This tariff includes:

• Transport to and fro from the Airport (Dabolim, Goa).
• Transport to and fro the Resort to the Ayurvedic Centre Saligao.
• Yogaasanas & Meditation every morning (1 & 1/2 hr duration everyday).
• Vegetarian Meals (non- vegetarian only if permitted by the doctor, diet regulation as specified by the doctor, according to the ailment).
• Daily visit of the physician (please furnish previous medical and pathological reports on arrival).
• Ayurvedic treatments and therapies everyday for two and a half hours as prescribed by the physician.
• Medication during the stay period.
• Health Profile & Body Constitution.
• Panchakarma treatment advised by the physician.
• Sightseeing in Goa depending upon the health condition of the patient.

A Typical day at the Ayurvedic Natural Health Centre Saligao is normally as follows (subject to change and availability)

• 5.30 am - Alarm
  6.00 am - pick up from resort
  6.30 am to 7.30 am - yoga, pranayama and dhyana
  7.30 am to 8.00 am - light breakfast - fruits, juices
  8.00 am to 10.30 am - 2 & 1/2 hrs therapies as prescribed by the physician
  10.30 am to 11.30 am - breakfast
  Consultation - check appointment time on notice board
  12.00 noon to 1.30 pm - yoga (optional)
  1.30 pm to 2.30 pm - lunch
  3.00 pm to 6.00 pm - group sightseeing, educational session
  6.30 pm to 7.30 pm - dinner (optional)
  7.30 pm - drop back to hotel or drop back at 2.30 pm after lunch.

Please note: Itineraries of the typical day at the Ayurvedic centre Saligao will commence at 10.00 am and 1.00 pm subject to convenience of the client and the availability of the physician and the therapist.
Depending on the Schedule only two or one meal is inclusive in tariff. The rest is offered subject to conditions and in exceptional cases of health consideration.
The tariff cannot be split for individual itenaries and it is a complete package tariff.
The tariff cannot be compared as of the room tariff as of the date.

General Information

• The destination airport in Goa is Dabolim International Airport.
• The driving distance from the airport to the centre is approx 40 min.
• The driver will be at the airport on the specified date and time (day/ night) for the pick up.
• The driver will hold the flag card of ANHC and displaying the name of the guest.
• At the International airport in Delhi or Bombay there are Airport cabs to drive you from the International Airport to the Domestic Airport. Avail the facility inspite of hiring a cab from outside.
